Ken Urker, the partner of Gypsy-Rose Blanchard and father of her young daughter, has died at the age of 34.
Urker was found unresponsive at a home in Raceland, Louisiana, on Thursday, October 1, 2026, which was also his 34th birthday. The Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office confirmed that deputies responded to the residence and found Urker dead. Authorities said the investigation remains ongoing, and no official cause of death has been released.
A Sudden Loss on His Birthday
According to PEOPLE, a source close to the family said Blanchard had sent Urker a birthday message but did not receive a response. He was later discovered by family members who had arrived at the home.
Urker’s sister, Autumn, also publicly confirmed his death, sharing an emotional tribute and saying his final words to her were, “I love you.”
The circumstances surrounding his death have not been officially determined.
Urker and Gypsy Rose’s Long Relationship
Urker and Blanchard first connected while she was incarcerated. Their relationship developed through correspondence, eventually leading to an engagement in 2018.
